Options Group Launches New Office in Singapore
Options Group, a leading global executive search and strategic consulting firm, announces the opening of its Singapore office, Options Group Singapore, to meet the growing demand for services in the Asia-Pacific region.
Director Emile Den Ouden will lead the effort into this fast-growing market. The office represents the Firm’s sixth in the region. “It is an opportune time for Options Group to open an office in Singapore due to the tremendous prospects here in capital markets, private equity and the hedge fund community,” says Bob Reed, Co-COO and Managing Partner of the Firm. Reed, who helped launch the firm’s Tokyo office, has 15 years of experience in the executive search field. For the past year, the Firm has fulfilled client needs in Singapore out of Hong Kong, Shanghai and New York, and has native consultants situated throughout the world. “Options Group continues to expand its presence in emerging markets such as Singapore and China to meet this growing demand for real-time market intelligence globally,” says Options Group CEO Michael Karp. Emile was previously at two different executive search firms working on searches in private wealth management, hedge funds, private equity and fixed income in Singapore. In addition, he helped spearhead the search firm’s financial and professional services practice. He also has worked at a technology start-up as a business development manager and at two consulting firms in his native country, The Netherlands. Emile received his B.A. in Corporate Communications from HEAO Rotterdam. The Firm also has hired additional staff to handle execution and research responsibilities in Singapore.
