Abimanu Jeyakumar

Abimanu is an Executive Director at Options Group leading the Singapore office across multiple products within Financial Services whilst also driving the firm’s regional strategy for Wealth and Asset Management.

Prior to joining Options Group, Abimanu spent over a decade with a global recruitment consultancy across London, Hong Kong, and Singapore where Abi successfully cultivated a specialized expertise in private wealth management search across EMEA and Asia. Additionally, he demonstrated commercial acumen by establishing the firm’s presence in Hong Kong and expanding capabilities in global markets, capital markets, corporate & Investment banking, investment management, and governance.

Abi’s leadership in various roles during his Hong Kong tenure showcased his adeptness in talent acquisition, training, client development, and overall management. Even while overseeing a sizable team of consultants, he remained instrumental in helping Private Banks expand their Relationship Manager teams across Greater China, Southeast Asia, and the Global South Asian Diaspora. Simultaneously, he strengthened divisions related to Investments, Products, and Services.

Abimanu holds a BSc in International Economics from Kingston University.

Having lived in Germany, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, and Singapore Abimanu spends as much time travelling to continue to learn new cultures to continue to develop as a global citizen and as importantly a global palate.
